3 Sensational Mocktail Recipes

Mmmh, mmmh, mmmh. Smooth, invigorating, sweet and flavorful; fruity, tropical, creamy and cool; bubbly, light, summery, and refreshing – this mocktail menu has something for everyone, kids and adults alike! Best of all, each delicious recipe can be put together in a matter of minutes! For the kids, these mocktails will be like nothing they have ever drank before, and for the adults, well, we won’t tell anyone if you end up adding a little something extra. Cheers!

WATERMELON MOJITO

  • 6 cups watermelon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • Mint Leaves
  • Soda Water
  • Ginger Ale
  • Ice
  1. In a blender combine watermelon, lime juice and sugar until smooth.
  2. Muddle a few lime leaves ½ teaspoon of sugar in the bottom of each cup/glass.
  3. Add watermelon mixture just over half way in each cup/glass. Top with Soda Water, a splash of Ginger Ale and a few ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with mint and watermelon wedges
  5. Make this mocktail a cocktail by replacing part soda water with a shot glass size of white rum.

BANANA PINA COLADA

  • 3 large bananas
  • 1.5 cups crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • GARNISH
  • Shredded Coconut to garnish
  • ½ cup white chocolate
  1. Cut bananas into 1 inch lengths and place in freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. Prior to freezing bananas taste, if not sweet add 1 tsp of sugar to step 4.
  2. Melt white chocolate, rim each cup/glass with white chocolate and dip in shredded coconut
  3. In a blender combine crushed frozen banana pieces, pineapple and juice, coconut milk and ice – blender until smooth.
  4. Pour and enjoy! To convert to a cocktail add a shot of your favorite rum.
Virgin PinaColada

RASPBERRY MINT FIZZ

  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • mint leaves
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • soda water
  • raspberries and mint to garnish
  1. Muddle raspberries, mint leaves and simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water dissolved over a medium heat and cooled). Divide into cups/glass
  2. Top each cup/glass with soda water and juice of ½ a lime.
  3. Top with ice and garnish with raspberries and mint
  4. To make this mocktail a cocktail replace soda water with a shot glass size of either rum or vodka
